Google | Be Internet Awesome Curriculum

Production Design + Print Production

Starting in 2017, Google began producing a printed curriculum for K-6 teachers to assist them in teaching children about Internet safety and how to be good citizens online. This year, the curriculum was full updated and expanded to 156 pages. Working from Google doc text and with supplied illustrations, I laid out the book and created other graphic elements as needed. I am also responsible for producing the printed books which are 6 PMS and wire-o bound with partially exposed red wire on the front. Typically distributed at events throughout the year, I also designed related materials: notebook sets, table + podium wraps, and signage.

I am currently working on the Spanish version of the book which requires adjusting the layout and page count for the additional word count.

The full PDF can be downloaded here and you can read more about the project at the Be Internet Awesome site.
