Nice to meet you.
Hello, thanks for visiting! My name is Dayala (sounds like Diana).
Originally from NYC, I graduated from the School of Visual Arts with a degree in Fine Arts and have been working in the print / design world for almost 30 years. In 1995, I started Aslan Graphics and over the years, I’ve worked with some of the Bay Area’s largest companies: Google, BlackRock, and Electronic Arts to name a few.
Education is very important to me and I continually try to develop my skills and learn new things. With this goal, I attended CCA for 3 years focusing on graphic design and typography coursework. Recently, I also completed a certificate degree in Spanish at CCSF as well as obtained my TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certification as part of my volunteer work as an ESL tutor at the SF Public Library. My other interests include travel, cooking, hiking, and kayaking.
You can read more about my professional experience and some of the kind things people have said about working with me here. I hope we’ll get a chance to meet and hopefully work together too!
